The End Of Music

about

Recorded on 5 January 2013, this one has been languishing for a while. There was an unfortunate problem with a cable and the drum overhead mic had a short, leaving a nasty crackling overtop of all of the audio on that channel. Finally, through feats of daring do, I have minimized the crackle by re-purposing a floor tom track that had enough bleed to help, and overlaying a backup iPhone recording (I have a little Sony stereo mic) on top of the Logic project.

Ultimately, it's still sub-optimal, but is at least now listenable. I feel like it was worth the effort because these are some of my favorite performances. Note that I set a lower price on these because I am just not 100% with the audio quality.
